Jumpy switches to Valorant
Former fnatic and North coach Jimmy "Jumpy" Berndtson announced on Twitter that he is joining Valorant. The 34-year-old will work with Excel Esports. Jumpy believes the decision to change disciplines will be the most appropriate option for him.
Today I start a new chapter in a new game! Valorant caught my interest early on and after beeing contacted by @EXCEL to be the head coach of their Valorant team I got very excited. Even though it was a hard decision for me to leave CSGO I felt like this was the best move for me. https://t.co/wvpe8xcK6U

Jumpy had been coaching fnatic from August 2016 to September 2019. The team won PLG Grand Slam 2018, World Electronic Sports Games 2017 and IEM Katowice 2018 with him. He has joined North after a short break, back in February 2020, until the organization ceased its operation due to the issues caused by the covid pandemic.
