ENCE signed doto and a new coach
ENCE bought Joonas "doto" Fross from HAVU and signed a two-year contract with him. Also from HAVU the coach of the Finnish team was taken over by Sakha "sAw".
The new player will replace Jani "Aerial" Jussila, who has retired to inactivity, while sAw will take the place of Slava "Twista" Räsänen, who was previously banned by eSports Integrity Commission for using coaching bug and took over as ENCE analyst.
sAw has been performing for HAVU since May 2018. Between January and March 2019, he temporarily took over as a team coach, after which he returned and continued to play until November this year. During this time, the Finnish team has won several regional tournaments.
doto became a HAVU player back in September 2019 and also participated in Flashpoint 1, which brought the team $100,000 and allowed it to climb to a record 21 place in the ranking of HLTV.org.
The first tournament for the updated ENCE line-up will be the European part of IEM Beijing 2020 from November 6 to 22. In Group B the Finns' rivals will be Heroic, Astralis, BIG, NiP, G2, mousesports, and North.
