starix became the coach and the sports director of Hard Legion

Hard Legion announced the signing of a contract with Sergei "starix" Ischuk, thus confirming the information previously announced by insider Alexei "OverDrive" Biryukov. starix will take the position of coach and sports director of the organization.

The former coach of Hard Legion Alexander "zoneR" Bogatyrev was fired after the scandal with the use of coaching bug, for exploiting which ESL and DreamHack banned him for two years. It is noteworthy that starix publicly intervened for zoneR and questioned the fairness of such punishment.

The closest major tournament for Hard Legion will be the IEM New York 2020 RMR event, which will begin on October 6. The team is ranked fourth in the region, which currently allows for participation in the major. According to rumors, the CIS teams are preparing an open letter with the demand to disqualify Hard Legion as they used a coaching bug during the ESL One Road to Rio.
