CSPPA employees will no longer be involved in agency services
The Association of Professional Players in Counter-Strike (CSPPA) has officially announced the cessation of agency services. In particular, Mads Oland, the organization's CEO, has resigned from an unpaid position with the Danish Association of Elite Athletes (DEF).
CSPPA employees will not be involved in agency services in other organizations, and the CSPPA no longer intend to provide agency services for members
In early July, the Flashpoint league engaged a public conflict with the Association of Players, which refused to pay the previously agreed amount of $165,000 for the free use of the media image of the participants in product promotion and advertising integration. An official complaint letter published by DBLTAP journalist Jarek "DeKay" Lewis claims that the organization's behavior has caused the league financial and reputational damage.
