The CS:GO beta version has been released on June 26. Its main feature is the blocking of suspicious programs and files during the game.
If launched with fraudulent files, the user may receive a warning about incompatibility and be blocked for connecting to VAC-enabled servers.
Valve has warned that disabling the "safe start" feature in the game settings may temporarily reduce the trust rate, which affects the selection of players in a match-making game.
