BIG over G2 in the grandfinals at DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 Europe

The winner of the European tournament DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 is BIG. In the Grand Final of the regional championship, which took place in the format of up to three victories with the advantage of one card for the finalist of the top bracket, the team of Johannes "tabseN" Vodarts took over G2 with a score of 3:2 - 6:16 on Vertigo, 16:5 on Nuke, 16:6 on Dust2 and 19:17 on Mirage.

BIG finished the group stage in first place, thus securing a playoff start from the top bracket. In the semifinals the German team defeated FaZe, and after the defeat from G2 in the match for the grand final again had to prove superiority over Nikola "NiKo" Kovac's team.

Results of the playoff stage:

DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 for Europe was held from May 19 to June 14. Sixteen teams competed for the $160,000 prize pool and points in the ESL Pro Tour ranking.
