ImAPet presented as EG coach

100 Thieves has officially confirmed the signing of  Chet "ImAPet" Singh for the role of head coach, which was reported in early May by insider Jarek "DeKay" Lewis. Former coach Evil Geniuses took the place of Alexandar "kassad" Trifunovich, with whom the contract was terminated a month ago by mutual consent.

ImAPet left Evil Geniuses on April 4. Under his leadership, the team took 3rd-4th place at StarLadder Major 2019, and became the champion of ESL One New York 2019 and StarSeries i-League S8. Thanks to a series of successful performances, EG hold the first spot of the HLTV.org ranking for a week.

The upcoming 100 Thieves match will take place on May 26 as part of the DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 group stage for North America.
