According to Valve, the Panorama UI "is the most substantial change to the look and feel of CS:GO since the game was released in 2012. From the Main Menu to the Scoreboard, the entire experience of interacting with the game has been updated."
The release of Panorama UI only supports “Practice with Bots," but does allow players to join up and start a practice session. Players can switch from Panorama UI and join Official Matchmaking by following the instructions here.
Before being able to use the Panorama UI, players must opt into a CS:GO Beta Depot. Valve will be looking for players to report any bugs in the Panorama UI.
