CEO B8: "We need to make significant changes, and we will"

B8 CEO Vladislav "arch" Svistov has apologized to fans via his personal X account after the team failed to qualify for the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 Major in Singapore.

I will be honest: this time, we didn’t deserve to qualify for the Major. Going from potentially securing a Stage 2 spot to missing the Major entirely feels like a disaster.

We need to make significant changes, and we will. Our ambitions for the club are higher than some people might think, and we will make sure we overcome this slump.

For now, our focus will be on IEM Beijing, our last tier-1 event of the year.

To our fans, we are sorry for this performance, and thank you for your support.

The full list of 32 participants for the upcoming CS2 Major was confirmed earlier. PGL Singapore Major 2026 will take place from November 24 to December 13, 2026, with the 32 teams competing for a $1.25 million prize pool.
