Rumor: GamerLegion practice with shalfey

Aleksandr "shalfey" Marenov, a 24-year-old Russian player, could become the newest addition to GamerLegion's Counter-Strike 2 roster, according to insiders Gromov and solutioN00. If the rumors are confirmed, shalfey will take the place of Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski, whom the club moved to the bench today.

Marenov played for 9 Pandas from June 2024 to April 2025, when he was benched along with the rest of the lineup. In August this year, he parted ways with the organization and became a free agent.

GamerLegion currently sit 42nd in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. In July this year, the club signed Timur "FL4MUS" Marev.
