Maden takes over as BIG Academy IGL
German esports organization BIG has announced the signing of Pavle "Maden" Bošković to its Counter-Strike 2 academy roster. The official statement was made on X.
The 27-year-old Montenegrin player commented on the news as follows:
The last period of my career hasn't gone the way I wanted, so I've decided to take a new path. Leading a team is something I've wanted to do for a long time, and I can't think of a better place to start than BIG. I'm looking forward to reinvent myself in the server and building something from the ground up with a young, hungry roster and helping the next generation of talent grow.
Bošković's previous team was fnatic; he competed for them from January to March of this year before being moved to the bench. He became a free agent in April.
Currently, BIG Academy holds the 284th spot in Valve's official world ranking of Counter-Strike 2 teams.
BIG Academy are now:
Pavle "Maden" Bošković
David "prosus" Hesse
Anton "doni" Savienkov
Asim "aZe" Khodzhaev
Nikolas "Hrdina" Hutira
Daniel "sprayxd" Kogan (coach)
