Sashi signs two Australians

Danish esports club Sashi has announced two roster changes for its Counter-Strike 2 team. The club has moved Mikkel "MistR" Thomsen and Casper "Cabbi" Jensen to the bench. They have been replaced by Australians Tynan "TjP" Purtell and Jordan "Hatz" Bajic. The organization's official statement reads:

We’re taking a different route this time as we set our sights on the Asian VRS. Let’s see how far we can take it. For now, MistR and Cabbi will be stepping out of the starting lineup for the coming month.

TjP spent the last year competing for THUNDER dOWNUNDER, while Hatz had been inactive since leaving Rooster in 2024. Consequently, the squad now ranks in the top 5 of the Asian VRS ranking (Anton "Anlelele" Huynh holds Vietnamese citizenship) and is contending for an invite to PGL Major Singapore 2026.

Sashi currently holds the 73rd spot in Valve’s official world ranking of Counter-Strike 2 teams. The squad will make its debut with the updated lineup in the qualifier for 1win Private Club Season 2. The team is also set to compete at Stake Pulse Beat III in Sweden.

 Sashi are now:

 Fredrik "acoR" Gildstrand
 Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss
 Anton "Anlelele" Huynh
 Tynan "TjP" Purtell
 Jordan "Hatz" Bajic

 Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen (coach)
