Rumor: kuben to join BIG

According to unofficial reports, 38-year-old Polish esports athlete Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński may become the new head coach of BIG's Counter-Strike 2 squad, replacing Sebastian "xenn" Hoch. This information surfaced on the German Cs Leaks account on X.

Note that Gurczyński has not coached the FOKUS team since September 24; the organization moved him to the bench and signed Ricardo "JTR" Júnior to fill the vacant position. kuben had been working with FOKUS since February of this year, having previously coached ENCE, Apeks, MAD Lions, and other teams.

Currently, BIG holds the 23rd spot in Valve's global Counter-Strike 2 ranking. The team's next tournament will be Stake Ranked Episode 4, taking place from October 1 to 4.
