BLAST Open Porto 2026 viewer’s guide

From August 26 to September 6, the next prestigious Counter-Strike 2 LAN tournament, BLAST Open Porto 2026, will take place. Participants will compete for $400,000 in prize money.

The event will begin with the group stage, which will play out in a Double Elimination format (GSL, two groups of eight squads) with BO3 matches. Three teams from each group will advance to the playoffs: the winners will go directly to the semi-finals, while the teams that place second and third will qualify for the quarter-finals.

The playoffs will be held in a Single Elimination format with best-of-three matches. The final will be BO5.

The group stage matches will take place at the BLAST studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, while the final stage of the competition will play out in Porto, Portugal.
