FURIA part ways with assistant coach

33-year-old Spaniard Juan "Hepa" Borges has departed his position as assistant coach of FURIA's Counter-Strike 2 squad, a position he held since January of last year.

This leaves the team's coaching staff with only two members: Sid "sidde" Macedo and Aidyn "KrizzeN" Turlybekov. The former has been the team's head coach since July 2024, while the latter has served as assistant coach since April 2025.

FURIA is currently fifth among the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. The squad finished second at the recent IEM Cologne Major 2026.
