Insider: Liquid to replace ultimate
According to unofficial reports, Liquid's Counter-Strike 2 AWPer Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak will not be playing for the team next season. KRL reported this, citing its own sources.
According to an insider, either Georgi "Jorko" Mitev or Nikita "cmtry" Samolotov could take the vacant position on the roster. The former currently plays for FOKUS, while the latter is a FUT player. Liquid management has not yet officially revealed the Pole's transfer to the bench.
Earlier, a rumor surfaced on the web that Passion UA's IGL Johnny "JT" Theodosiou could soon join Liquid.
Liquid is currently 41st in Valve's ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. The squad took 25-27 place at IEM Cologne Major 2026.
