IEM Cologne Major 2026 EVPs and best five revealed

HLTV.org has published a list of esports athletes awarded the Exceptionally Valuable Player (EVP) title following IEM Cologne Major 2026 in Cologne.

The EVP title was secured by players who demonstrated outstanding results at the tournament but were not named MVP. The list includes representatives of Team Spirit, Vitality, G2, Falcons, Aurora, and FURIA. A total of ten esports athletes are on it:

 Maksim "kyousuke" Lukin (Falcons);
 Nikola "NiKo" Kovač (Falcons);
 Danil "donk" Kryshkovets (Team Spirit);
 Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut (Vitality);
 Danil "molodoy" Golubenko (FURIA);
 Mareks "YEKINDAR" Galinskis (FURIA);
Nikita "HeavyGod" Martynenko (G2);
 Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov (Team Spirit);
 Yuri "yuurih" Santos (FURIA);
 Ali "Wicadia" Haydar Yalçin (Aurora).

HLTV also unveiled an all-star roster of the best players at IEM Cologne Major 2026 in each role – one representative from Team Spirit and G2 each and three players from Falcons.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 took place from June 2-21, 2026, in Cologne, Germany, with 32 teams competing for a $1.25 million prize pool. Falcons crushed FURIA 3-0 in the final. Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov was named the event's MVP.
