Gaimin Gladiators signs fer

Esports organization Gaimin Gladiators has officially unveiled the fifth member of its Counter-Strike 2 roster – Fernando "fer" Alvarenga. The official announcement was published on X.

Alvarenga replaces Joao "felps" Vasconcellos, who was removed from the team a few days ago. Notably, fer’s previous team was Imperial, which he represented from February 2022 to January 2023 before going inactive.

At the moment, Gaimin Gladiators sits 34th in the official ranking of the world’s strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. The squad will compete in Stage 1 of IEM Cologne Major 2026.
