Falcons through to IEM Rio 2026 semi-finals

Final matches of Group A at IEM Rio 2026 in Brazil have concluded, revealing the first semi-finalist of the tournament.

In the upper-bracket final, Falcons defeated Vitality with a scoreline of 2-1, securing a spot in the top four of the event. Vitality, meanwhile, will kick off their playoff run in the quarter-finals.

In the lower bracket, the final playoff berth went to Team Spirit, which defeated G2. Prior to this, G2 eliminated 3DMAX, while Team Spirit bested RED Canids.

Next on the schedule are the decisive matchups of Group B, with the final stage of IEM Rio 2026 starting on April 17 at Farmasi Arena.
