MiGHTYMAX takes over as assistant coach at Astralis

Danish esports club Astralis has officially announced a new addition to its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Max "MiGHTYMAX" Heath has been appointed as the team's assistant coach.

"Max has been supporting our CS2 coaching staff for a while and the results speak for themselves!", reads the official statement from Astralis.

The 28-year-old British esports athlete's previous team was Endpoint, for which he played from 2016 to 2025, after which the organization disbanded its CS2 roster. MiGHTYMAX has been inactive since then.

Astralis currently sits 10th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 squad. The team finished third at the recent ESL Pro League Season 23.

 Astralis are now:

 Viktor "Staehr" Staehr
 Jakob "jabbi" Nygaard
 Rasmus "HooXi" Nielsen
 Gytis "ryu" Glušauskas
 Love "phzy" Smidebrant

 Casper "ruggah" Due (coach)
