9z win CS2 LAN tournament in Brazil
South American team 9z won the BetBoom Circuit X Pantanal Cuiabá 2026 Counter-Strike 2 LAN tournament.
The competition took place from March 4th to 8th in Cuiabá, Brazil, with 16 teams participating. In the tournament final, 9z crushed Marsborne with a scoreline of 3-0 (13-8 on Overpass, 13-5 on Inferno, 13-3 on Nuke), having previously defeated Sharks and RED Canids.
The team received $14,000 for their victory. The runner-up earned $6,000. Sharks and Imperial, which finished third and fourth, secured $3,500 and $1,500, respectively. The total prize pool of the event amounted to $25,000.
