JW becomes first player in the world to play 3,000 maps in CS:GO and CS2

Jesper "JW" Wecksell, co-founder of the Swedish esports club EYEBALLERS, became the first player on the pro Counter-Strike scene to play 3,000 official games in CS:GO and CS2 (according to HLTV.org).

Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz from BIG currently ranks second in this category (2,743 maps), while Janusz "⁠Snax" Pogorzelski from GamerLegion rounds out the top three (2,710 maps). Finn "karrigan" Andersen and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire also make the top five.

It was also previously reported that Team Spirit's Danil "donk" Kryshkovets has the highest rating (1.56 in 10 maps) in the finals of big Counter-Strike 2 tournaments among all players of the pro scene.
