Ash to leave GamerLegion

35-year-old British esports athlete Ashley "ash" Battye, who was the coach of GamerLegion's Counter-Strike 2 squad for over five years, may soon depart the organization and find a new team. Batty announced this in a comment to HLTV.org.

I actually told GamerLegion that I would like to leave the organization this month and they've agreed to let me look for new opportunities.

Battye left GamerLegion's starting five in early December last year due to health issues. The Brit stated that he made the decision due to burnout. "I need a break to clear my head and work on myself and then I'll be back", ash noted at the time.
