ProbLeM takes over as Virtus.pro interim coach
Dmitriy "ProbLeM" Martinov, coach of Virtus.pro's Counter-Strike 2 youth team, has temporarily taken over as coach of the club's main roster. The announcement was made on the organization's official website.
Virtus.pro CEO Nikolai Petrossian commented on the appointment:
Over the course of 2025, Dmitriy made tremendous progress with our academy roster. We followed his work closely and highly appreciated the way he built team processes, fostered a healthy atmosphere, and helped young players unlock their potential.
The players themselves put his name forward, and the club’s management supported their choice by giving Dmitriy the opportunity to prove himself. His performance will be evaluated over the course of several tournaments.
Martinov replaced Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov, who voluntarily departed the team last November. ProbLeM has been working with Virtus.pro's academy since May 2024.
Virtus.pro is currently 50th among the world's top Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. Virtus.pro's next tournament is BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 1, which kicks off on January 13.
