friberg takes over as Johnny Speeds' coach

Famous Swedish esports athlete Adam "friberg" Friberg has become the coach of Johnny Speeds' Counter-Strike 2 team. The organization officially announced this via its X social media account.

Notably, Friberg officially revealed his transition to coaching back in late 2024. Since then, the Swede has only appeared on the pro Counter-Strike 2 scene as a caster. Last month, he announced his search for a team as a coach.

Johnny Speeds currently sits 62nd in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 squads. In November, the club signed 20-year-old Jakob "jocab" Nerheden, who previously competed for NIP's youth roster.

 Johnny Speeds are now:

 William "draken" Sundin
 Anton "Sapec" Palmgren
 Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso
 Jonas "Lekr0" Olofsson
 Jacob "jocab" Nerheden

 Adam "friberg" Friberg (coach)
