ZywOo crowned Player of the Year 2025
Vitality's AWPer Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut was named the best Counter-Strike 2 player of 2025 by HLTV.org, as announced during HLTV Awards 2025. Second and third place went to Danil "donk" Kryshkovets (Team Spirit) and Robin "ropz" Kool (Vitality), respectively.
In 2025, ZywOo won several big tournaments with Vitality, including StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 and BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. The Frenchman secured eight MVP awards over the course of the year.
ZywOo's average rating for the past year amounted to 1.32. He became the best in the world in a number of metrics, including knockout match rating, Inferno rating, and more.

Donk, meanwhile, won four trophies with Team Spirit: BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1, PGL Astana 2025, IEM Cologne 2025, and BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2. His high level of individual play earned him four MVP medals (at all of the aforementioned events), as well as seven Exceptional Valuable Player (EVP) awards.
By the end of 2025, the Russian recorded an average rating of 1.42 and became the leader on the pro Counter-Strike 2 scene in almost all statistical metrics.

ropz, who spent 2025 with Vitality, earned eight Exceptional Valuable Player (EVP) titles. Kool finished the year with an average rating of 1.16. Among other things, HLTV.org experts noted his high ranking at Majors and other big competitions.
