HLTV unveils 2025 All-star Team

Authoritative portal HLTV.org has announced the names of the esports athletes who earned a place in the 2025 All-star Counter-Strike 2 Team. The best representatives of the pro scene were announced in their respective roles during the HLTV Awards 2025 ceremony.

Notably, a panel of judges, consisting of representatives of the pro scene and members of the HLTV.org editorial staff, selected the best in the following categories: opener, closer, AWPer, IGL, anchor, and coach. The jury also picked the Highlight of the Year.

HLTV.org's All-star Team of 2025:

 Danil "donk" Kryshkovets (Team Spirit) – Opener of the Year
 Robin "ropz" Kool (Vitality) – Closer of the Year
 Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut (Vitality) – AWPer of the Year
 William "mezii" Merriman (Vitality) – Anchor of the Year
 Dan "apEX" Madesclaire (Vitality) – IGL of the Year
 Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam (Vitality) – Coach of the Year
 Danil "donk" Kryshkovets: 1v5 vs. Vitality – Highlight of the Year

HLTV.org previously revealed the winners of its community awards. HLTV Awards 2025 will crown the best player of 2025, as well as winners in other categories.
