HEROIC unveils new player
Twenty-one-year-old Swedish esports athlete Tim "susp" Ångström has joined HEROIC's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The club officially announced the news via its X social media account.
Ångström's previous team was Wildcard, where he played for less than two weeks last July, after which the organization put him on the bench, where he remained until today. In HEROIC's starting five, susp replaced Simon "yxngstxr" Boije, who was benched yesterday.
Notably, HEROIC failed to qualify for the recent StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 in Hungary. The roster currently sits 17th in Valve's world ranking. With the updated squad, HEROIC will debut at BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 1, which kicks off on January 12th.
HEROIC are now:
Linus "nilo" Bergman
Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç
Alimzhan "alkarenn" Bitimbai
Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard
Tim "susp" Ångström
Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo (coach)
