r3salt parts ways with Sangal
Turkish esports organization Sangal has officially announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster: Evgeny "r3salt" Frolov has departed the team due to the end of his loan deal.
Notably, the 20-year-old Russian esports athlete joined Sangal in August of this year. Prior to this, Frolov played for 9 Pandas from August 2024 to April 2025, after which the club benched its entire CS2 lineup. r3salt recorded an average rating of 1.10 with Sangal, the highest on the starting five.
Sangal currently sits 59th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. It is currently unknown who will fill the vacant position on the roster.
