NiKo places 18th among 2025 best CS2 players

Falcons' Nikola "NiKo" Kovač sits 18th among the 2025 best Counter-Strike 2 players according to the authoritative portal HLTV.org.

The Bosnian esports athlete's main achievements this year include victory at PGL Bucharest 2025, as well as second-place finishes at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, IEM Melbourne 2025, ESL Pro League Season 2, and BLAST Rivals 2025 Seasons 1 & 2. At PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, Kovač secured the MVP title.

NiKo's average rating for the year was 1.13. The HLTV.org editorial team recognized Nikola for his high impact, damage per round, rifle kills, and other stats.

Notably, HLTV.org will publish the top 20 Counter-Strike 2 players of the year every day, starting December 24th. The top three esports athletes will be announced on January 10th at the HLTV Awards 2025 ceremony. The winner of 17th place will be unveiled tomorrow, December 27th, at 8:00 PM CET.
