M80 signs JBa

21-year-old American esports athlete Josh "JBa" Barutt has become the newest member of M80's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization officially announced the news via its X social media account.

JBa's previous team was Wildcard, which he represented from November 2023 to November 2025, after which he was moved to the bench, where he remained until today. Barutt replaced Jadan "HexT" Postma in M80's starting five, who departed the squad yesterday due to his contract expiring.

M80 placed 17th-19th at the recent StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 in Hungary. The roster currently sits 22nd in Valve's world ranking. The team will debut with a new lineup at a LAN tournament Fragadelphia Miami, which will be held from January 2nd to 4th next year.
