9INE completes its CS2 roster
Swedish esports club 9INE has officially announced the fifth member of its updated Counter-Strike 2 roster: Love "phzy" Smidebrant.
Notably, Smidebrant joined 9INE on July 31st of this year, but in early September, Wildcard, the organization with which he was contracted, cancelled his loan deal and recalled him. phzy also played for 9INE from August 2019 to March 2020.
Today, 9INE announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization benched Josef "faveN" Bauman. Additionally, Mădălin-Andréj "MoDo" Mirea has departed the squad. Bartosz "bnox" Nebisz has become the team's newest player.
9INE currently sits 38th in Valve's official ranking of the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams. The squad will play its next match on December 6 against CYBERSHOKE at Galaxy Battle 2025 Phase 5.
