The MongolZ benches Senzu
Mongolian esports club The MongolZ announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization benched Azbayar "Senzu" Munkhbold. The official statement claims:
Today, we made the difficult decision to move Senzu to the bench.
Over the past years, Senzu and the boys have together written a new chapter in Mongolian esports, showcasing world class talent, dedication, and determination.
This decision was made after careful discussions between players and management. We deeply appreciate our fans’ continued support and respect for the team as we move forward.
Senzu remains an exceptional player, and we wish him nothing but success in the next chapter of his career.
Senzu has represented the Mongolian squad since September 2023. The 19-year-old esports athlete's average rating over the past three months is 1.11 (based on 77 maps). His replacement is currently unknown.
The MongolZ is currently ranked among the top four teams in the world in Valve's official ranking. This is the first change to The MongolZ's starting five in over two years.
