Virtus.pro to test academy player at CS Asia Championships 2025

Esports club Virtus.pro has announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster. Kaisar "ICY" Faiznurov will miss the CS Asia Championships 2025, which kicks off in a couple of weeks in China.

Vladimir "b1st" Krasikov, a member of the organization's youth squad, will take his place at the upcoming event. Virtus.pro's official statement explains the change as follows:

The decision was made together with the players and coaching staff: the team wants to test a new AWPer and give the young player an opportunity to prove himself on the international stage.
