The MongolZ and Liquid advance to FISSURE Playground 2 semi-finals

First semi-finalists of the FISSURE Playground 2 Counter-Strike 2 tournament in Serbia have been determined: The MongolZ and Liquid advanced to the top four.

In the first round of the event bracket, The MongolZ defeated G2 (13:11 on Mirage, 7:13 on Dust2, 13:9 on Ancient), while Liquid bested Aurora (13:9 on Mirage, 13:8 on Inferno).

The losing squads tied for 5th-8th place in the competition and earned $17,500 in prize money each. The winners will face off tomorrow for a spot in the tournament final.

Furia will face Astralis, while Falcons will fight paiN in the quarter-final round of FISSURE Playground 2.
