Qikert joins MIBR

26-year-old Kazakhstani esports athlete Aleksei "Qikert" Golubev has joined MIBR's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The Brazilian club officially announced this via its X social media account.

Golubev joined MIBR on a loan deal, replacing Nicollas "nicks" Polonio, who was moved to the bench. nicks competed for the team for less than two months.

Qikert's previous team was PARIVISION – he played for them from January 2024 to July 2025, after which he was benched.

Note that at the end of last month, the Brazilian club announced a replacement in its CS2 roster: the team was joined by Klimentii "kl1m" Krivosheev, whom MIBR rented from G2's youth roster.

MIBR failed to qualify for the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 LAN finals, placed 21st-24th at IEM Cologne 2025, and 9th-12th at FISSURE Playground 1. The squad is currently in the top 35 of Valve's world ranking.
