Perfecto takes over as Virtus.pro IGL

Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, a member of the Virtus.pro Counter-Strike 2 roster, has taken over as the new IGL of the team. The esports organization officially announced this via its X social media accounts.

After thorough discussions within the team, we unanimously agreed that Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy the best candidate for the role of captain and will take on IGL duties in the upcoming tournaments.

We are confident that his vast professional experience, deep understanding of the game, and leadership qualities will help stabilize the team’s play and results!

Previously, the duties of the squad's in-game leader were fulfilled by Denis "electroNic" Sharipov – the club recently moved him to the bench. It is still unknown who will fill the vacant position in the lineup.

Note that Virtus.pro placed last at BLAST Open London 2025 and Esports World Cup 2025, entered the top 8 at BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 and took 17th-20th place at IEM Cologne 2025. At the moment, the roster occupies 18th place in Valve's world ranking.
