Official: Magisk back in Astralis

27-year-old Danish esports athlete Emil "Magisk" Reif has returned to the Astralis Counter-Strike 2 roster. The Danish esports club officially announced this via its X social media account.

Magisk replaced Martin "stavn" Lund, who decided to take a break for personal reasons. Lund competed for Astralis since November 2023.

Note that Magisk represented Falcons from December 2023 to June 2025, after which he was moved to the bench, where he remained until today. Emil already played for Astralis from 2018 to 2021.

Currently, Astralis occupies 12th place in the official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. The team placed 9th-16th at Esports World Cup 2025.
