Rumors: Wildcard to replace Sonic

According to unofficial information, the North American esports club Wildcard will soon announce a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This was reported by the author of the Telegram channel Gromov.

According to the insider, Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek, who has represented Wildcard for almost two years – since November 2023, will depart the team. The club itself has not yet made any official statements on this matter.

Wildcard is currently in the top 50 of Valve's world ranking. The team secured the last place at the recent FISSURE Playground 1 in Belgrade and did not qualify for other LAN events.

 Wildcard are:

 Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek
 Josh "JBa" Barutt
 Sebastian "fr3nd" Kuśmierz
 Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell
 Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz
