FaZe replaces EliGE

North American esports club FaZe has announced a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization has benched Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski. According to the official statement, this decision was made by mutual agreement of the parties.

The 28-year-old esports athlete from the USA joined FaZe in January of this year, while before that he competed for Complexity. Jablonowski's average rating over the past three months is 1.15 (in 37 maps).

The vacant position in the FaZe roster was filled by Jakub "jcobbb" Pietruszewski, who was bought out by the club from Betclick. The 21-year-old Pole has represented Betclic since November last year, while before that he played for 9INE.

FaZe placed 7th-8th at IEM Cologne 2025, missed the LAN finals of BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2, and finished in the top 8 at the Austin Major. The squad currently ranks 10th in Valve's world ranking.
