EVPs and IEM Cologne 2025 best five revealed

HLTV.org has unveiled a list of esports athletes which were awarded the title of Extremely Valuable Player (EVP) following the results of the recent IEM Cologne 2025 Major in Germany.

The EVP title was given to players which showed outstanding results at the tournament, but were not chosen as MVPs. They included representatives of Team Spirit, NAVI, MOUZ, FURIA, and Falcons. A total of five esports athletes are featured on the list:

 Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy (NAVI);
 Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás (MOUZ);
 Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov (Team Spirit);
 Danil "molodoy" Golubenko (FURIA);
 Maxim "kyousuke" Lukin (Falcons).

In addition, HLTV authors presented an all-star roster of the best players of IEM Cologne 2025 in each role – it included one representative of NAVI, Vitality and MOUZ and two players from Team Spirit.

IEM Cologne 2025 was held from July 23 to August 3, 2025 in Cologne, Germany. The total prize pool of the event was one million US dollars – it was divided among 24 rosters. In the final, Team Spirit bested MOUZ 3-0. Danil "donk" Kryshkovets was chosen the most valuable player of the tournament.
