Insider: HEROIC to replace gr1ks with Team Spirit's academy player
According to unofficial information, Norwegian esports club HEROIC will soon announce a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. This was reported by the author of the Telegram channel Gromov.
According to the insider, the organization will move Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin to the bench, signing Alimzhan "alkarenn" Bitimbai, who has been competing for the youth squad of Team Spirit for the past year and a half. The club itself has not yet made any official statements on this matter.
Note that the 19-year-old Belarusian esports athlete joined HEROIC at the end of June this year. With him, the roster took 13th-16th places at FISSURE Playgrounds 1 and IEM Cologne 2025. gr1ks' average rating over the past month is 1.01.
Currently, HEROIC occupies 18th place in the ranking of the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve.
