New fnatic coach unveiled

27-year-old Latvian esports athlete Miks "Independent" Siliņš has officially taken over as the head coach of fnatic's Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization announced this via its X social media account.

Note that in early May of this year, fnatic benched the team's previous coach Peter "casle" Ardenskjold. Independent, who had previously served as the team's assistant coach for a year, has temporarily taken over the coaching duties.

fnatic did not participate in BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the United States. The squad currently occupies 29th place in Valve's world ranking. A few days ago, Cai "CYPHER" Watson officially became the team's new player.
