Second season of Premier ends in CS2
On the night of July 14-15, a small patch was released in Counter-Strike 2, in which the developers ended the second season of Premier. Accordingly, the Premier mode in matchmaking was temporarily disabled. No other changes were made to the game. Valve reported this via the X social media.

To receive a medal for the second season of Premier, you must have 25 wins in the season matches and a visible rating at its end. The start date of Season 3 is unknown.
Note that the current season of Premier matchmaking in Counter-Strike 2 started on January 29 of this year and was supposed to finish immediately after the end of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in Austin, which concluded on June 22.
