mithR temporary takes over as Complexity coach
Former coach of Liquid's Counter-Strike 2 roster Torbjørn "mithR" Nyborg has temporarily taken over as the coach of the North American team Complexity – he will help the squad at two upcoming tournaments (FISSURE Playground 1 and IEM Cologne 2025).
"Whilst we continue to interview and lock down our long term coach, mithR will accompany us for the upcoming FISSURE and IEM Cologne events", – noted the general manager of the organization.
Note that the 35-year-old Danish esports athlete worked with Liquid from July 2024 to March 2025, while before that he was a coach at Apeks, MOUZ, Renegades and other clubs.
FISSURE Playground 1 will be held from July 15 to 20, 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia. The total prize pool of the event will amount to one million US dollars, of which $450,000 will be received by the players. The full list of participants can be found in our article.
IEM Cologne 2025 will take place from July 23 to August 3, 2025 in Cologne, Germany. The total prize pool of the competition will be one million US dollars, which will be divided between 24 squads. The full list of participants can be found in our article.
