EYEBALLERS to replace another player
Swedish esports club EYEBALLERS has announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 roster once again. The organization has agreed to transfer Jonatan "bobeksde" Persson, who was benched by 9INE a few days ago. The transfer will take place in about two weeks – after the team plays its matches at Winline Insight Season 7 and Exort The Proving Grounds Season 2.
The 21-year-old Swedish esports athlete will replace of Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso, who has represented EYEBALLERS since August 2023. According to the official announcement, the parties could not come to an agreement, and by mutual consent, it was decided not to renew the contract.
bobeksde joined 9INE in January of this year, while before that he competed for Johnny Speeds and GODSENT. Persson's average rating over the last three months is 1.01 (in 115 maps); HEAP's is 1.00 (in 41 maps).
Note that at the end of last month, the Swedish club announced a new addition to its CS2 squad – Max "maxster" Jansson joined the starting five, replacing Alex "poiii" Nyholm Sundgren. EYEBALLERS currently occupies 139th place in Valve's world ranking.
