The MongolZ to launch CS2 academy

Mongolian esports club The MongolZ will sign a youth Counter-Strike 2 roster. The organization itself officially announced this via its X social media account.

Note that The MongolZ secured second place at the recent BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the USA, losing to Vitality in the tournament final. Before that, the squad entered the top 4 at IEM Dallas 2025 and placed 5th-8th at PGL Astana 2025. The team currently occupies fourth place in Valve's world ranking.

Earlier, rumors surfaced on the web that the esports organizations FaZe and BIG also plan to assemble youth Counter-Strike 2 squads.
