SunPayus and sAw departs HEROIC

Norwegian esports club HEROIC has officially announced the departure of Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia and Eetu "sAw" Sahi from the team. Both players will soon join G2.

The 26-year-old Spanish esports athlete has represented HEROIC since January of this year; before that, he was part of Falcons. sAw, in turn, has been coaching the squad since December 2023.

Note that a couple of days ago, the organization also benched Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç. HEROIC has not yet announced the names of the new players and coach, however, according to media reports, the vacant positions in the starting five will be filled by Linus "⁠nilo⁠" Bergman, Gleb "gr1ks" Gazin and Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo.

Note that HEROIC placed 17th-19th at BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the USA. The squad currently occupies 14th place in Valve's world ranking.
