BIT takes over as 9z coach
34-year-old Brazilian esports athlete Bruno "BIT" Fukuda Lima has taken over as the new coach of 9z's Counter-Strike 2 squad. The Argentine club officially announced this via its X social media account.
Lima replaced Gustavo "yel" Knittel, who departed the team a few days ago. Knittel worked with the roster since January of this year.
BIT's previous team was MIBR – he coached it from April 2022 to February 2025. Before that, Bruno represented 9z as a player for two years.
9z did not qualify for the ongoing BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 in the USA. At the moment, the squad ranks 92nd in Valve's world ranking.
