lmbt departs Inner Circle
37-year-old Ukrainian esports athlete Sergey "lmbt" Bezhanov has officially departed Inner Circle's Counter-Strike 2 squad, which he headed in January of this year. Bezhanov himself announced this via his X social media account.
Well sometimes it clicks sometimes not so we decided to take a brake with Inner Circle to figure out future plans. So I’m open to offers and only thing I’ll never loose in myself is a will to compete. I’ll never give up.
According to rumors, Monte's former coach Piotr "nawrot" Nawrocki will fill the vacant coaching position in the Inner Circle CS2 roster.
Note that Bezhanov has been guiding Monte since January of last year. With him, the roster failed to qualify for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR, while in early September of this year, Sergey parted ways with the team. Before that, lmbt worked with TITANS, GORILLAZ, FORZE, AVANGAR and other squads. In January 2025, he joined Inner Circle.
Currently, Inner Circle occupies 174th place in the ranking of the world's best teams according to the authoritative portal HLTV.org. The roster does not have any VRS rating points.
Inner Circle are:
Republic Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný
Martin "STYKO" Styk
Szymon "kRaSnaL" Mrozek
Frederik "Fessor" Sørensen
Marcus "Q-Q" Krolak-Henriksen
